The Guest Bedroom is Completed!

I loved the Canvas's in this room. It really all fit together!

Can you see the hope in the corner?

And here is sweet faith :-)

I'm posting this a bit late. Grandma has already arrived and thoroughly enjoyed her little Oasis and returned home. We had a few ladies come help with the house and they were in love with this little room. They said they wanted to just hide away in our guest room. I admit, with two very active toddler boys, the thought has crossed my mind a time or two as well!

Guest Bedroom Canvas's

We've had a 'therapy room' and Boys room as separate rooms for a while now. With Teshome doing so well and with Grandma coming to visit we decided to merge the therapy/play room and get our 'guest room' back for visitors.

The Therapy Room/Bedroom came together well and the boys are quite pleased! So on to the Guest Bedroom. We painted the ceiling white, John made a headboard for the guest bedroom bed (still to be painted white)

And I purchased bedding and pillows.

Then of course came the artwork! My Heritage Makers Canvas's for this room came in today! And of course with my Club HM I got them wholesale! Seriously Wonderful!

I'm trying to decide if I'll ask John to build white frames for these :-) I mean he's on a roll right! LOL I'm so pleased with how these turned out. I'll update this blog with photos when we get the room complete! In the meantime I'll leave you with a cute photo of my boys, who though they liked the canvas's were a bit more excited about the bubble wrap that protected them in shipping!

Oh and by the way, if you've not checked out & liked our Facebook page you should stop by! I have my whole portfolio of projects!

John's Fathers Day Book

Here's a photo John took of the book on his desk at Microsoft. He was impressed, which believe you me, is not easy to do for my Techy husband. :-) When John told me the photos just 'POPPED" and that the digital quality of the photos were exceptional, I was reminded once again how much I love HERITAGE MAKERS!

I tried to make the book, "Manly" which he appreciated! He said the guys like stopping by and looking at it!

Valentines Day Project!

I bought these during the Superbowl Weekend Sale at Craft Warehouse.

Stained the box...

Varnished it... with a couple of layers...

I made these with Heritage Makers the week before. It was so simple. Honestly I think it took a grand total of 3 minutes! I just picked out the photos I wanted to put in the template and dropped them in!! I changed the names on the tag and I was golden!!

All Cut out!

Placed on Floral Wire...

Braydon LOVED IT!!

Clay brick...

If I were an artist and had more time I would have painted it, but I'm a poser :-) I love these pre-made decals!

They are easy too! My Three year old helped!

Pull off the back and VOILA!

Braydon and I were captivated by these pre-made branches with lights. These were on sale superbowl weekend at Craft Warehouse as well!

Look at my precious little ones!

Everything looks even better with Fondu!

2010 Yearbook

I'm working on our 2010 Family Yearbook. We have SO MANY THINGS to be thankful for in 2010.

I love that Heritage Makers makes it so easy to capture, reflect, and share all of God's blessings for our family each year!

Five Year Anniversary...

This May my husband and I will be celebrating our FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARY. I've been working on a beautiful wedding photo book! I'm so excited. There were so many beautiful templates to choose from but this particular 13x11 legacy storybook caught my eye.
